Senior-to-Senior Program

Senior-to-Senior Program

Shelter photo on day of rescue!

HAPPY NEWS Precious has been approved to go into our senior home setting. With a senior lady (Mary) forever home. It was a perfect match today. Precious will need clearance from our rescue vet to move forward in her forever home. Precious will be seen by our rescue vet tomorrow morning for that clearance. Paws cross that Precious will be cleared to move forward in a forever home. The senior home setting staff have approved the adoption to move forward. Once our vet clears the adoption final process. Our rescue will be backing fully any related medical cost that maybe needed in the future for Precious while in our senior to senior program. As well someone from our rescue will be checking in on Precious once a month.

Rescued Kitty with 2 Broken Legs!

RESCUED!

Our rescue has been working non stop to save this kitty from a local shelter since April 30th. For many days they have left this cat to suffer with 2 broken legs, and other injuries. Finally on May 5th I was told to be at the shelter by 8am or at 8:01am the cat would be put to sleep! What a way to run a shelter, huh?  So naturally I was there bright and early on May 6th to rescue this kitty, then we were off to our Rescue Veterinarian.

This kitty is a complete love-bug! He is so forgiving from what he's been through, and still purr's and meows (see video) and is very aware that people are trying to help him get better.

We hope to find him a good, SAFE, and loving home in the near future. If you are interested in this kitty, please contact us.
